Reflexology is a relaxing and therapeutic foot massage combined with acupressure.
All major nerve endings and energy lines from our organs end in the feet (over 7000 nerves on each foot!) By stimulating these nerve endings and clearing congestion in the energy lines, the overall function and health of the organs will improve.

The vibration frequencies of crystal singing bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and re-calibration down to the level of cellular structure. In addition, your brainwave frequency and state of consciousness can be re-wired, and regulated causing a positive and stable state of mind, by the vibrations that are created during sound healing.
